What Does This PEG Ratio Mean?
You will see what is referred to as the PEG or PEG Ratio. Sometimes it's listed and sometimes it is not - but it's always nice to see and pay attention to.
PEG = P/E divided by the Earnings Growth Rate
It adjust the P/E Ratio for the company's expected earnings growth, making it more meaningful for growth investors.
